Sponsorship
A full range of sponsorship opportunities are also available at IFSEC South Africa 2010. Designed to add value, these opportunities help to build brand awareness within the halls and differentiate those who take advantage of them from competitors.
Opportunities include: flagpoles, registration, newspaper envelopes, tickets, name badges, directional signage, restaurants, hospitality areas, wireless zones, carrier bags, notice boards, banners and direct mail inserts. Innovative sponsorship ideas are also welcomed.
Flagpoles
80 flagpole sites are situated on major roads around the Sandton Convention Centre. Capturing visitor attention before they've even entered the exhibition, this is one of the most visible branding opportunities for any company. Sponsored flags are hoisted two weeks before the event to maximise sponsor exposure. The sponsor also retains the flags themselves for future use.
Registration
This key sponsorship opportunity includes the branding of registration booths and supplying technology requirements for visitor registration at the exhibition. Confronting visitors as they wait and register for entry into the exhibition, this great branding opportunity makes a huge statement about the products and solutions you provide.
Visitor Tickets & Name Badges
Sponsorship of the exhibition tickets gives your company dominant exposure and maximum visibility. Your company-sponsored page appears alongside the registration form, which is completed by every visitor. The ideal way to obtain maximum mileage from your sponsored page is to design it as a competition form to be posted on your stand.
Tickets are distributed to prospective business visitors through direct mail, media insertions into business, financial and trade publications and through exhibitors to their own databases. All tickets include the sponsor panel.
