He specialises in Information Technology (IT) forensic solutions ranging from Mobile Device forensics, Computer forensics, finding and analysis of digital artefacts to locate perpetrators, as well as being a trainer for some of the specialist tools being used and distributed by Risk Diversion. | Francois Marais is a Vice President at J.P.Morgan Chase Bank in Johannesburg, responsible for Global Security & Investigations (GSI) for Sub-Saharan Africa. He is a Fellow of the SA Institute of Security (SAIS) and a member of the Institute’s Board of Governors. He is an Honorary Life Member and former National President of the Security Association of SA (SASA). He represents J.P.Morgan on the Country Council of the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC), established to promote security cooperation between US businesses, international private sector interests and the US Department of State. Francois is a founding member of the “Child Survivor’s of Crime” Charity which provides benefits to children under the age of 18 who have been adversely affected by crime in SA. | Background on Dr Craig Donald | |
| Dr Craig Donald is an industrial psychologist and a Director of Leaderware with a focus on human factors in security and the application of technology for CCTV and x-rays. He consults internationally in security management, and is a specialist in training CCTV body language and the detection of incident behaviour. He has trained CCTV surveillance in several countries for police forces, as well as customs, precious mineral producers, casinos aviation, town and shopping centres among others. Craig also has worked extensively in the selection of suitable personnel to be involved in x-ray screening and CCTV operations. He has a PhD in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and is an adjunct associate professor for Edith Cowan University in Perth. Craig has written numerous conference papers, and articles in journals and magazines, and his work has been translated into Russian and Polish and reprinted in India. He has worked and lectured in the UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai, Poland, Singapore, and Southern, West and East Africa. | |
