Q. When will I receive my exhibitor badges?

You will receive your exhibitor badges with your welcome pack..

Q. Am I entitled to a free entry in the official IFSEC South Africa 2012 show guide?

Yes, as an exhibitor at IFSEC South Africa, you are entitled to a free entry in the official Show Guide, which is distributed free of charge to all pre-registered visitors. Please refer to the PR & marketing guide, accessed through the Exhibitor Zone, for further details.

Q. Can I submit press releases to appear on the IFSEC South Africa 2012 website?

Yes, simply email a copy of the release over to andrea@writescene.co.za

Q. When will I receive my contractor passes?

Approximately 3 weeks prior to the show.

Q. What should I do if the details on my badges are incorrect?

When you arrive onsite, the badge query desk can amend any details and print off a revised version of your badge.

Q. What are the show opening times?

Opening times are 10.00-17.00 daily.
